Fit Over 50: Your Next Chapter of Strength
A 12-week hybrid strength program in Denver for women 50+ who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more at home in their bodies.
Built by a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Strength & Conditioning Specialist who actually understand midlife bodies.
Who It's For
Fit Over 50 is for women who:
-
Are in their 50s, 60s, or early 70s
-
Want strength, balance, and confidence for real life
-
Have things like arthritis, old injuries, osteopenia/osteoporosis, or “wear and tear”
-
Feel unsure what’s safe in a typical gym class
-
Want structure and accountability, but also flexibility for real life
You don’t have to be “fit” to join. You just have to be ready to show up and build.
Why We Don't Do All-Online
You don’t need more information. You need support.
Fit Over 50 is intentionally hybrid:
-
2 app-based strength sessions per week (at home or at the gym)
-
1 in-person small-group session per week (form, coaching, community)
What the weekly in-person session gives you
-
Consistency
-
Real-time coaching
-
Better progression
-
A weekly anchor
-
Momentum you can borrow
-
A trusted network
-
Belonging
-
Positive peer influence
